My Approach

I have always been curious about people, and listening has been my way of connecting. When I coach, I listen people into talking, and through talking they gain valuable insight.

I work a lot with young leaders. I had the opportunity to lead people at an early age and found myself in board rooms and at leadership tables before I felt fully ready. I practiced my version of fake it ‘til you make it, hoping nobody would realize that's what I was up to. Over time I came to see that I belonged in these leadership roles and wasn't an imposter. My work with young leaders comes from my personal experience as a young leader and the particular stresses that opportunity brings.

My coaching is influenced by my life-long study of time management best practices.
I read my first time management book when I was ten and since then have been reading and thinking about the alignment between our goals, how we spend our hours, and the amount of fulfillment we feel.

In our coaching, you will bring the content – the things you know are on your mind, and the things you may not realize are there too - and I will come with relevant exercises and activities. You may know what you want to talk about, but I may know the best way to have that conversation.
